The winner of our Hometown patterns is
Ruth, who wrote
I've got a crush on this fabric so bad, but I love the sparing, tantalizing way it's used in Intersection, it's definitely my favorite.
Congratulations, Ruth!. Please e-mail us with your mailing address at info@sweetwaterscrapbok.com. The patterns will be ready in a few weeks.
The other day while we were taking photos of the quilts in Fort Collins, I totally forgot to get a photo for the cover of our Quilt Market catalog. Oops. So, luckily there is a cute little spot in Fort Morgan where we could set up something. I also had a cute little helper. We needed the cover, plus a couple of little patterns we just finished up.
Here is a our Mug Mats in hometown fabric:
And the cutest little house pincushion (this will be a club project next fall, when we get the fabric).
Today, we finally finished our new bag. The pattern is called "Down Home Tote".
I think that should be it for the new patterns. Unless we get another idea between now and Quilt Market. Oh, and we also got the catalog cover photo last night:
One last thing- for those of you waiting for the Label Crew fabric kit, they are up on our Etsy site now!

I adore the bag and the table runners and place mats. A fantastic way to use pretty, bright and funky patterns to brighten up a kitchen even on the dullest of days.

OK, so I'd like a kit for the bag, the pincushion AND the mug mats. Or is that too much to ask? They are all just wonderful! Well done, ladies!

Congrats Ruth!!!
I Love that BAG!!! Can't wait for that pattern to be released. I'd even LOVE it made from Sunshine!!! What an awesome summer bag that would be. I'm going to have to stop visiting your site for a while because I'm sick, sick, sick!!! It's a recently diagnosed disease called "The I Wants" the sypmtoms come on suddenly, everything and I mean everything you see you want!! There is NO cure, remission is usually very brief. Oh yeah, you get what you want, but then you come back only to see new stuff and then oops you're re-infected and...."You Want More!!!!"
So until a later time... (maybe after market).

My husband has never liked a fabric before but I think he will like something I make out of this new hometown. Traveling is one of our favorite things and we have been to sooo many of these towns. My favorite lines have been recess by American Jane and your authentic but I think this Hometown is going to top them both...when does it start selling? I love ALL of these pics of the quilts and things...good luck!

I'm already salivating over that adorable irresistible house pin cushion! OH MY GOODNESS GLORY! Houses are favorites of mine in whatever way they come....love love love the house quilt but this pin cushion is just the absolute berries.....that pattern needs to be winging its way to my studio as soon as it is hot off the presses. How long do I have to wait for it as well as the fabric???? Cutest thing I have seen in a loooooong time.
